South Holston Rod Review

Hello Friends I have another gear review for you. I fished the new Region South Holston rod in a 9 foot 5 weight last Wednesday. I really thought it was a great rod. I honestly felt like it cast better than the San Juan with a nymph rig. The San Juan definitely will have a softer presentation with dries but I am telling you right now buy a South Holston rod today.

The South Holston is deadly accurate and light in the hand with as much backbone as you will ever need. This rod will be my chosen guide stick for the days I know we will be nymphing non-stop. The South Holston won't wear you out and will just make you cast better.
