Region Fishing offers the easiest, fastest and longest Warranty and Repair Program in the business.
It’s very simple, if your Rod fails due to any manufacturers defect, we will repair or replace your Rod for the lifetime of the original owner. If your Rod fails due to accidental damage, neglect or normal wear and tear, we will repair or replace your Rod for a fee of $35.

How our Program works
Simply take a clear/sharp picture(s) of your damaged Rod that depicts the issue and fill out the form at the bottom of the page. Tip: Use your phone to take pictures and submit this form. Its super easy.
Once we receive your request, we will determine if your Rod is covered under our Warranty or if it is a repair situation. If your Rod requires repair, we will send an immediate email link to you requesting the $35 repair fee. If we determine that your Rod is covered due to a manufactures defect, we will begin the replacement process. This is when Program really kicks into gear.
Now that we know your Rod is covered under Warranty or Repair, we will ship you either a replacement piece or a new Rod within 24 hours via Priority Mail. Once you receive the replacement, you will then use the same tube to send us back the damaged Rod or Section.
It is really that simple. We want you back on the water as soon as possible.
All reels carry a replacement warranty for 3 years for the original owner. It covers and manufacturing defects or malfunctions. You will get new replacement reel within two weeks.
